也就是日式炸鸡 和 miso 汤!
这个recipe 很适合当bento 和 晚餐

而且很简单!
虽然炸鸡是油炸的,但是很低卡路里 (因为我用了鸡柳,而且是没有皮的,虽然有皮很好吃,但是高热量,而且我家只剩鸡柳⋯⋯)
反正,就是很健康就是了!
而且我妈还说很好吃⋯⋯
Chicken Kara-age

ingredients/ for 2 person
marinate:
3 slice chicken strips or 1 chicken breast/thigh
half tablespoon ginger juice/ minced ginger
half tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon soy sauce
half tablespoon Sake (can replace with other cooking wine if u have)
half tablespoon Mirin (optional)
salt & pepper
marinate for half hour at least.
after half hour, pour the excess marinate sauce away.
then,
add
beaten half egg (only use half, or else your chicken will be very hard and not crispy)
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon corn starch/potato starch
mix.
fry in [medium low] heat about 5 mins+
control your heat wisely, if you see its getting brown very fast, turn to low.
fry until golden brown!
serve it with a slice of lemon / ketchup / chilli+mayo sauce

Yasai Miso shiru / Vegan Miso Soup / 2 person

2 tablespoon Miso paste
1 teaspoon Hondashi / dashi stock
few slice of cabbage
mushroom/ shitake mushroom/ any mushroom you like
green onion
tofu (optional)
konbu (optional)
if you have Konbu, soak it in 3 cups of water for at least 15 mins. After 15 min, remove the konbu and throw away.
If no, skip this step.
Then, boil your 3 cups of water.
When it comes to a boil, add hondashi, cabbage, and mushroom in it.
put your miso paste into a bowl, then scoop out some hot water into the bowl.
Dissolve your miso paste thoroughly in the bowl before putting it into the pot to avoid lumps in your soup.
When it is smooth, then pour back into the pot.
When it comes to a boil, turn off the heat and serve.
thinly chop some green onions and sprinkle on top of your soup!
(if you are me, love to eat spicy.. sprinkle some japanese hot chilli flakes on top too!)
