今天又一大突破!!!
我终于弄了我一直很想弄的 朱古力心太软!!! ( chocolate molten lava cake)
太成功了!

搭配上新鲜的草莓
简直天衣无缝!
recipe for 4:
4 cubes of cooking/baking chocolate (i used Bakers cooking choc<--a brand name)
half stick of butter
1 small cup confectioners sugar
2 eggs + 2 extra egg yolks
half cup multi purpose flour
half teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
tools:
you will need baking ramekins(or alluminium foil cup)
cooking method:
~preheat your oven to 400-425degree Farenheit (around 220celsius)
~rub/grease your ramekins/alluminium foil cup with butter so that when its done, it wont stick to the container and easy to remove.
1)start melting your chocolate+butter on top of a boiling water (use as a double boiler)
2) once your choc+butter is melted, take away from the heat let it cool awhile and add flour and sugar, then add the egg and vanilla extract (u dont want ur mixture to be hot because ur egg will be cooked then = =")
3)pour your mixture into your ramekins 1/3 full coz it will raise.
REMEMBER, PUT IN YOUR OVEN FOR NO MORE THAN 13 MIN.
IT SHOULD NOT BE MORE THAN THAT.
BEST IS 10-13MIN.
then take it out from ur oven, leave it cool for a few min
then serve with berries or whipped cream.
i sifted some icing sugar on top to make it pretty too.
depending on your servings, the amount may differs.
